There is a list of unending task that needs to be done. We get overwhelmed and stressed out. Sadly at times, our tiredness and irritability because of too much work pressure shows in how we deal with our daily lives.

There is a list of unending task that needs to be done. We get overwhelmed and stressed out. Sadly at times, our tiredness and irritability because of too much work pressure shows in how we deal with our daily lives.
I remember one leader admitting to me, “I would never want to work my way out of the job.” At the time, I was shocked. On reflection perhaps he was just being more honest than most of us dare. To create forward momentum we constantly need new people to step into greater responsibility. Cultivating leaders is critical.
Trust is such a fragile commodity. It can easily be broken even before it is built. Yet we know trust is the foundation for healthy organizational behavior.
Let’s spread more kindness this year, without expecting anything in return. This week let’s commit ourselves to a simple act of kindness each day at our workplace.
God offers rest, not just for our physical bodies but for our hearts as well. 1 Peter 5:7 says, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” God is calling for our souls to rest.
We limit our thinking when we assume that staff are simply motivated by external rewards. Research reveals a different reality.
If you feel that this is the place God wants you to be at the moment, recommit yourself to your role and thank Him for being there for you. If not, ask God where He wants you to be.
